Story
Starting my business in 2018 was a life-changing decision, and it has been one of the most enriching journeys of my life. Before launching Lady, Gentleman & The Pups, I worked in corporate HR, but I knew I wanted something different—something more meaningful. My lifelong love of dogs and animals made it clear that this was the path I wanted to follow full-time. As the business grew, my husband, Aiden, joined me. He also left the corporate world, where he worked in finance and supply chain for non-profits. The business's growth and his shared passion for dogs and the outdoors made his decision easy.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with countless dogs and their owners, creating some of our most meaningful experiences. We’ve collaborated with exceptional trainers and continually built our skills so every dog in our care receives the highest level of attention, safety, and support.
From morning hikes to afternoon pack walks, every outing we plan is designed to build confidence, encourage socialization, and bring pure joy to each pup. Watching them grow—whether becoming more confident pack walkers or learning better manners around other dogs—is one of the best parts of what we do.

Words cannot describe how amazing Gabriella has been with our German Shepherd Theo! From 5-months old to now 75+lbs and almost a year old, he has not been an easy pup! We were constantly sending her new training points Theo had learned and never once did she hesitate to incorporate these into her walks! The updates she sends from every walk are SO detailed and come with the goofiest and most handsome pictures of our boy. Gabriella is an amazing pet sitter. My girl Holly is a dog who is somewhat selective in who she will associate with, so I was hesitant to hire anyone to help care for her. We met Gabriella and simply put, Holly found her new best friend! We also adopted two kittens and Gabriella was amazing with them as well.
